About Us
Welcome to the Antique Design Center (ADC) located in Norfolk Virginia just blocks from the Chrysler Museum.
Lana Hobbs Wolcott, owner of Antique Design Center, has over 30 years experience as an antique dealer and many dealings with the Chrysler Museum. As she presides over her court, this queens domain includes a brilliant selection of 18th and 19th century Imari porcelain, early American, English and French furniture complimented by a large selection of art and a galleon of sterling silver. Her castle is well lit by hundreds of antique and vintage chandeliers.
Two other dealers operating out of ADC bring their own expertise to the table. Dealer Michael Millard-Lowe, (Vent D 'Est) specializing in 18th & 19th century French and Continental furniture and accessories. Michael divides his time living between New York, Norfolk, VA and Toulouse, France where he was featured in Elle' Decor magazine. Michael's other specialties include mid 20th century modern.
Dealers Ari & Michelle Miller, (A Distant Mirror Antiques), specialize in high-end, highly carved Victorian furniture, 18th & 19th glassware and accessories. Their other interest's are American Federal items and clocks. They also collect & sell a large selection of Belle Epoque era Absinthe glasses, spoons and complimentary paraphernalia.
