I will friendly answer to all email within 24 hours. I guarantee the authenticity of all my cameos and jewels. I stand behind my items and check them personally before listing any for sale. If there is any defect in an item it is clearly stated in my description. My 10 years in the trade of antique cameos is your guarantee. If you need any further information on the items listed please just ask, I'm always happy to answer! I have a fantastic layaway plan, no fees or further charges or interest are applied. So don't be shy, just ask! You'll see, I'm very easy to deal with! If you are pleased you can subscribe to my mailing list, you'll be informed for every new item I frequently add in my shop! Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. Many of my items have a free shipping.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
No sales taxes are imposed as each item comes from Italy. Please expect to pay US custom duties when you choose a shipping (FEDEX or UPS) insured up to $ 500. US custom duties are around $ 20/30.
Layaway Rules:
Purchases over the amount of $ 3,000 can be paid for in more than three installments.
Installments can be paid with Paypal or Paypal e-check (preferred), bank wire transfer or cashier check.
Payments should be made within three months for orders up to $ 1,000 and as agreement for orders over $ 3,000.
Cameo(s) will be shipped after the entire payment has been made.
Above are only general guidelines, but I always let the buyer free to choose a personalized layaway plan.
I don't charge any further fee or interest by paying by installments.
