Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer to pay for actual shipping and insurance if desired. Antique Beak is not responsible for lost or damaged items if insurance is declined.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

******************** LAYAWAY POLICY ********************

We make laying away items easy with this convenient payment plan:

1/3 down of the total cost including shipping and insurance is required to hold your items, the second third is due in 30 days, and the final payment is due in 60 days. Past due payments will be assessed an additional fee of $10.00 per week, and if the transaction is not completed, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed on the entire balance.
