1960 Flamingo Aquarell (Watercolor) from Europe

Feeling a little Birdie tropical, a little birdie groovy? Then feast your eyes on this original watercolor of pink, tropical birdies, done by the artist M.R. Muhlbergen in 1960 Germany and titled "Flamingos". It is surrounded by a typical 60's frame in light wood with applied material and is covered with glass. The Flamingos are well done & detailed and are shown in water (natch) and among verdant flora (double natch). The aquarell is in excellent condition with no staining. The frame does show its almost 50 year history via scuffs and dents at the corners and edges, with a little fraying of the material. The back is covered with cardboard, which is held on by nails and has a metal hook for hanging. The original gallery label is present as well. Measures 22 3/8" x 12.5". A colorful and tropical specimen great for tiki, Florida and bird rooms alike.
