Uncommon Hofbauer Square Shaped Vase

Now here is a Hofbauer vase that I don't often come across, square in shape with a pedestal base. It is decorated with etched birds in ruby flashing on two sides; each within oval ruby flashed medallions, and has oval shapes with linear designs on the remaining two sides. The vase sports sawtooth edges on the top and is squared at the base as well. It measures just over 5.75" tall and is 3" squared. One thing I noticed is that it is very, very heavy for its size, I think you'll be surprised, too. It came to the Beak directly from Germany and is in good condition with no chips or cracks.
