An uncommon 'Too of the bronze persuasion, perched within a trio of bars and peering out at the world with a contented look on her face. Hand painted in Rosebreasted Cockatoo perfection, this bronze originated in Austria around the turn of the century, and although there is some wear, about 85% of her original paint remains. The bars are of silver metal, while the base is of brass, and both the Cockatoo and base have screws to keep them attached. The entire piece measures 4.25" tall and is 2.75" in diameter at the base. As you can see, the outside bar is slightly bent but not as much as it appears in the pic (curious) and there's the slightest of dents on the bottom of the base. Unmarked. A real jewel even if it weren't so rare and with a Rosebreasted Cockatoo on it, one you'll love forever.
