Vintage Chalkware Parrot Note Holder

Think all Parrots fling food, scream for attention and chew for fun? Well, THIS guy is a notable exception...literally! Coming to you from the Ozarks is this helpful hanger, made of chalkware and sporting a Parrot on one side and a notepad and pencil on the other. He's hand painted in vibrant hues and from the looks of things, this notepad and he have never been parted (can't say THAT about YOUR precious, can ya?) Measures 6 7/8" length from head to tail and is 6.5" wide. This bird is vintage so you can expect a few spots of chipping as chalkware is wont to do (see pics) and some darkening of the paint, especially on the top of his head, but nothing alarming and nothing that will cause you to love him any less. His original hanging wire is intact and he's marked "Contains Arkansas Red Clay, H.F Robertson & Son, Coal Hill, Ark." on the back. Just the thing for those that like their Parrots hanging off the walls - and being useful and while doing so!
