1920's Canco Tin w/ Cockatoo and Macaw

A colorful piece of the past in the form of a candy tin, decked out with a pair of Cockatoos on the lid and an ever watchful Macaw Parrot. Long ago (and far away) this Deco tin held Gunther's chocolates but these days it'll hold just about anything you want that'll fit in 7.75 x 1.25 inches. The tin is old and looks it, having paint wear around the edges and sides, mottling of same on the lid, and scratches. I also see a shallow dent or two on the top and a small one on the bottom (see pics). Although clean, there are scratches on the inside bottom as well, and the top is easy to remove. Marked "Gunther's", "Made in Chicago, Farley, Net Weight One Pound" on the side and (of course) "Canco" on the bottom. A cool tin despite its age related issues and with a bevy o' Parrots on it? Cooler still!
