A good ole Southern Parrot made by the Niloak Pottery Company (1909-1946) of Arkansas, perched upon the side of a planter and looking up at you with those "feed me" eyes! This piece was made in the 1940's during WWII and has survived the years in excellent condition, with nary a chip, crack or repair to be found. Measures 4.5" tall, 6" long and 3 1/8" wide. Crisply stamped "Niloak" on the bottom and ready for action or candy (Birdy LOVES candy!) A really nice piece, you'll like!
