Vintage Hartz Mountain Parakeet Seed Box

If you had a Budgie in the 1950's, 60's, or 70's then chances are you had a variety of Hartz Mountain products in your home. Hoping to help you stroll down memory lane (and think thoughts of your first love) we bring you this vintage (empty) box of Parakeet Seed with a wonderful, life-sized Budgie on the front and graphics for Growin' Greens (I had those!) with a Parakeet and Canary on the back. The box measures 7 1/8" tall, 4" long and 1.5" wide. It is in good vintage condition with some surface soiling and a missing and torn area at the top where it was opened. A fun piece for placement among old advertisements, in the bird room, or kitchen. Also great for vet offices and bird shops. Looking for more vintage bird care items?
