Largest of the American Eagles (Central and South America, that is) the Harpy Eagle is an impressive and powerfully built bird, as is this figurine from Franklin Porcelain. It is hand-cast in fine bisque and sports agate gemstones for eyes. I especially love the dramatic pose give to this exceptional Raptor - wings and head feathers aloft as though startled or angry. Makes for good figurine, it does! The bird was created in 1984 as part of a Limited Edition by the artist Jonathan Bronson and is titled "Noble Conqueror". It stands 8.25" tall, has a wingspan of 11.75" and is 4" wide. You'll find it to be in wonderful condition, with nary a chip or crack and done all in white (save for those glowing eyes) lending it a certain elegance. Comes with its original booklet, which gives a bio on the bird and its original certificate of authenticity. I do not have the original packing or boxes, but rest assured it will be well packed.
