Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Payment is due within 7 days by PayPal, money order or cashier's check unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance. Personal checks will require 10 days to clear before your item will be shipped. Credit card payment is available.

Unless I am running a special which includes shipping, the buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses which will be quoted at time of purchase. Insurance is mandatory and will be included in the shipping quoted. I do my best to pack carefully, but I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during shipping. Jewelry is generally shipped in a clean, new jewelry box inside a bubble mailer via USPS First Class mail. Larger orders are sent via Priority Mail. I am always happy to combine orders to help save on shipping.

We do ship internationally, but please e-mail for shipping costs as they will differ from those stated in my description.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.

Other Information:
Oklahoma residents must pay 8.625% sales tax.
