From out of a large estate collection of NICE vintage/designer costume jewelry, this is a vintage sterling silver brooch in the form of a baby circus elephant. It sure looks like it could be be Dumbo, but the only mark I can find is "STERLING" on the back of one of his ears. This measures 2 1/4" and has a safety clasp in good working order. He has a raised trunk for good luck and a pierced or open work design for the blanket on his back. This CUTIE is in EXCELLENT vintage condition.
