From out of an old estate collection, this vintage brooch dates to around the turn of the century. It is hand carved genuine tortoise shell that depicts a pelican. This measures a little under 2" and has its original safety clasp in good working order. Lightweight and delicate, the brooch is in excellent vintage condition.
