Small Modern Mexican Silver & Abalone Shell Ring

From out of an estate collection, this is a small sterling silver ring with a round piece of inset abalone shell. The ring is about a size 5 and measures just 1/2". It is marked "Heche en Mexico" with initials in the center that look like "ACA" or "RCA" or "RCR". There is also the number 3 eagle mark. This is in EXCELLENT vintage condition.
