DAVID ANDERSON Norway White Guilloche Enamel Sterling Leaves Necklace

From out of an old estate, this is a vintage choker length necklace by the Norwegian designer, David Anderson, in his famous leaf design with white guilloche enamel leaves on sterling silver that is plated with gold. He made these piece is several different colors, but my favorite is this white, which almost seems to GLOW. The necklace measures 7/8" wide and about 14 1/2" end to end with pinch clasp in good working order. It has a hefty weight...QUALITY all the way! This is signed in two places with the David Anderson scales trademark and "D-A, 925 S, Norway, Sterling, W". The W in the circle indicates that the designer was Willie Winnaess for David Andersen. I believe this dates to the 1950's. The necklace is in EXCELLENT vintage condition...may need light cleaning/polishing, which I will leave to its new owner. It is MUCH PRETTIER than the pictures! There was one matching clip earring found with this necklace, and I will include it for FREE. I believe a clever jeweler could separate the two leaves and make a pair of nice earrings to match!
