From out of an estate collection, this is a vintage carved shell cameo that is cabochon set in a twisted 12K gold-filled frame. It measures 1 3/8" and has a safety clasp in good working order as well as a fixed bale, so it could also be worn on a chain as a pendant, if desired...like getting TWO pieces for the price of ONE! This is signed "1/20 12K G.F., C.T." in faint letters on the inside rim. It is in EXCELLENT vintage condition.
