From out of a NICE estate collection of vintage/designer costume jewelry, this vintage brooch looks like a West German piece to me, but I can find no mark. It is LACY gold-tone metal filigree with lots of tiny blue and pink inset rhinestones. In the center is a BEAUTIFUL art glass cabochon with two pink roses against a mottled blue and green background with flecks of glittery gold aventurine. Some people refer to this as "paperweight" glass. The brooch measures 1 1/2" and has a safety clasp in good working order. It is in EXCELLENT vintage condition...MUCH PRETTIER than the pictures!
