From out of an estate collection, this is a vintage carved shell cameo that is cabochon set in delicate 12K gold-filled filigree. It measures 1 3/8" and has a safety clasp in good working order as well as a fixed bale, so it could also be worn on a chain as a pendant, if desired...like getting TWO pieces for the price of ONE! This is signed with what looks like "A.C. 1/20 12K GF" in faint letters on the inside rim. It is in EXCELLENT vintage condition.
