From out of a nice estate collection, this is a CONFIRMED DeLizza & Elster (aka Juliana) brooch with open back and pie shaped topaz colored rhinestones accented with aurora borealis chaton rhinestones, all prong set in gold-tone metal. The design has an inverted flower in the center. This measures about 2 1/4" and has a safety clasp in good working order. It is well made and heavily plated with the "figure 8 puddling" that is a well known characteristic of D&E jewelry. It is in EXCELLENT vintage condition with no missing or "dead" stones...VIVID COLOR and CLARITY. It displays BEAUTIFULLY and is MUCH PRETTIER than the pictures. Vintage D&E and Juliana jewelry has seen quite a rise in popularity and value, and consistently holds its value.
