From out of an old estate collection of NICE old glassware, this is a BEAUTIFUL vintage small compote dish that is both pressed or pattern glass with cut floral and cross hatch accents. I love the base with its Art Deco look, and the softly scalloped edge on the rim. This measures 6" across the top and stands about 5" tall. It has a hefty weight for its size. This is very well made and guaranteed vintage, but I do not know the name of the pattern or maker of this lovely glass piece. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. The bottom has light scuff marks, and the bowl has very light usage marks...consistent with age...and I can see a few straw marks from the mold...another indication of its age. This really displays very well..a QUALITY piece to add to your collection!
