From out of an old estate, this is a VERY HARD TO FIND large bowl in the highly collectible Heisey "Orchid" etched glass pattern, Waverly mold with daintily scalloped and beaded rim. Although referred to as a 12" bowl, it actually measures about 12 3/4" across and about 3 1/4" deep. Heisey Glass made this pattern between 1940 and 1957. This bowl is in EXCELLENT vintage condition with no chips and no cracks...minor usage marks which are consistent with age...nice polished rim on the bottom.
