Our Service Pledge To You:
We will refund your money minus shipping cost if we are notified within 7 days from purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase. Condition of all items are honestly described. We want your purchase to be a smooth happy transaction.

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
All items are sent USPS. The actual postage plus a small handling fee is charged for materials. All items are securely packaged using bubblewrap and newspaper. Insurance is required on all breakable items. I cannot be held responsible for damage during shipping without insurance. If insurance is included and you do not receive an item or it is broken the item value will be refunded to you.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Once you purchase an item you need to notify me within 2 days as to your form of payment. I accept Paypal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks or Personal Checks with a waiting period. and check.
