We supply the highest quality antique porcelain all of the way from England
This very striking pattern is typically Chinese in origin, with the main motif of Oriental roots & trailing flowers. The pattern is entirely hand painted in underglaze blue, and continues under the spout and to the handle, the teapot has a workmans mark to the underside as with these very early 18th Century Worcester pieces.
The teapot is in a very desirable, very tactile faceted shape, notice also the faceted spout & moulding where it joins the body.
Unfortunately lacking its original cover, it is in Very Good condition, with only a small chip to the spout, & an original kiln flaw to the handle as can be seen in the photographs.
