This delightful book by Marguerite Henry with illustrations by Wesley Dennison is a very popular story. It was published by Rand McNally & Co. It was originally copyrighted in 1948 and this is the twenty-third printing from 1973. The books chronicles the life of an wonderful Arabian horse and a stable boy named Agba. Although this book is a former library copy it appears unused and is in wonderful condition. There is slight corner wear so typical of a book that has been handled at all. All 174 pages are clean and bright with no writing, damage or soiling. What a delightful book to add to your Equestrian collection.
