FREE US SHIPPING;This one is a rare find, and so great! 1940s or 1950 T.V. lamp in the best design for entertainment and theater, the Greek Comedy and Tragedy masks. That 1940s color I call acid green(the color of spring onions or celery tops), and gilding.,with the original cord with the dark round plug in excellent working order. The front has gilded music symbols, and waves and scrolling designs in the porcelain. The twist knob is on the right side. The light glows out of the eyes of this piece, and out the open top. This is a wonderful , wonderful lamp. approximately 13" long x 9" high. The previous owner put ground cinnamon inside the bowl area so it would scent the room when it was lit, so as you can see in the photos, we have left some of that inside for you to decide if you want to keep it working that way. It does not interfere with the function or look. We will clean it out first if you like. It is delightful. This would be a great addition to a dressing room , or someone's desk who works in show business or literature, or just fun in any room. From a Palm Beach estate. excellent condition.
