This is lovely pastel tones and non-faded, in a beautiful wood gilded frame with a bone colored matt , nice hanging hooks, and signed by the artist in 1991. We have "The Alcazar Hotel" in St. Augustine to offer and "The Royal Palm, Miami-on -the Bay Biscayne, Miami, Florida" to offer as well. They are each 27 1/2" wide x 22 1/2" high x 1 1/4" deep.
