This is a rare 7 3/4" long sterling silver bacon (sometimes called a long handled sardine fork) in the early Wadefield pattern by S. Kirk & Son. This simple yet elegant pattern was introduced in 1850. This fork is in extremely good, unmonogrammed condition.
