Stunning English Star Sterling silver Tongs 1854

This is an outstanding example of mid-19th century English silver. These sterling tongs measure 6" long and feature an intricate star pattern with a cornucopia. The star designs are repeated on the spoon shaped "business" ends of the tongs. These tongs are fully hallmarked for London, and I believe the date is 1854. The maker is W R S. These tongs are heavy and sturdy with amazing crisp details. They are in excellent condition with no monogram.
