This 3 7/8" long sterling silver spoon by Shepard is a great example of painted silver! The top of the handle features a hand enameled scene of a gnarly animal that I think is a badger. He is well done with lots of detail including teeth! The spoon appears to be gold washed and has a mystery engraving on the back. It is in great condition.
