Lavish Huge Victorian Sterling silver asparagus Fork

This is a huge and rare sterling silver asparagus fork. The pattern is lavish repousse style typical of the late 19th century. The top of the tine area has additional bright cut, aesthetic style details. The back is plain and is marked J. E. Caldwell & Co. as well as sterling. This mammoth piece measures 10" long, and the tine area is 3" across. It is in excellent unmonogrammed condition and would be the ultimate addition to your fine table or collection!
