This soft cover booklet style recipe cookbook is number 2 of the Encyclopedia of Cooking which was a 24 volume series offered by the renowned Culinary Arts Institute. It was published in 1942 and although it's 48 pages are jam-packed with 500 delicious vintage recipes, and includes just about everything you could imagine for creatively using leftovers and not wasting a thing! Contains mostly Black and White photographs with a centerfold of Color photos and an old Pepsi ad insert.

Condition: Good, clean, small tear on cover along bottom seam. No loose pages.
