Early American Prescut pattern was popular when it began in the 60's as it was an affordable and pretty glass pattern and a nice durable alternative to the more expensive, less practical cut glass. The extensive selection of accessory pieces offered by Anchor Hocking in EAPC, has enhanced its popularity and collectability today, especially since it has been retired a few years ago. This little gondola dish attests to the functionality and usability of this pattern. Perfect for serving banana splits ice cream sundaes, but also for serving relish, cranberry, olives etc on the holiday table. Nice filled with potpourri on a side table as well! This is item #752. Pattern sometimes referred to as Star of David as well.
