Presented for your consideration is a breath-taking brooch designed by A. Katz for Coro. It features gold-plate and vivid enameling over base metal in a huge and detailed setting.

Measuring 4" long x 1.75" wide and weighing 30 grams, this pin has a perfectly working clasp and 2.5" long pin back.

The patent was applied for on Feb. 19, 1942 and granted on April 7, 1942 to Adolph Katz; the patent number is 131,972.

Marks: "Coro" (forward slant) on rectangular cartouche.
