Presented for your consideration is a gorgeous gold-tone link bracelet designed and signed by Boucher and featuring ornate detail and classic design in a nautical theme.

The bracelet is quite heavy, weighing 30 grams, and measures 7" long x .6" wide. It has ten linked sections, each holding two gold-tone shell and each firmly attached to the adjoining link. There is a folding clasp on the end and a safety chain and clasp for added security.

Boucher jewelry is usually signed with a name and an inventory number both of which can give a clue to the age of the piece. This bracelet is marked "BOUCHER" with a copyright symbol and the inventory no. 6288, both of which date it after 1955.

Marks: "BOUCHER", copyright symbol, "6288" Remarks: Very good condition, very slight loss to the gold-plating on the back- not noticeable from the front; one small clear rhinestone missing. Measurements: 7" long x .6" wide. Weight: 30 grams.

In the early 1930s, Marcel Boucher designed jewelry for Mazer Bros. and in 1937, he established his own company, Marcel Boucher and Cie Company. He died in 1965 and his wife, Sandra Boucher, ran the company until 1972. Marcel Boucher jewelry is quality and timeless and, sometimes, hard to tell from the real thing!
