The three design patents were all filed on Jan. 25, 1945, granted on April 10th & April 17th, 1945. The owner of the patents is Trifari, Krussman & fishel, Inc. and the inventor is listed as Alfred Philippe.
The link bracelet is marked "TRIFARI" with a crown, "Sterling" and "Des. Pat. No. 140780"; the fur clip is marked "TRIFARI" with a crown, "Sterling", "Des. Pat. No. 140898" & the capital letter "N"; the earrings are each marked "TRIFARI" with a crown, "Sterling" & "Des. Pat. No. 140797. All pieces have a beautiful rosy vermeil and all are in excellent condition with little to no wear to the gold-plating & all parts working perfectly.
The bracelet measures 7" long x .75" wide, it features five 1" links each of which contains a large ruffled rose gold-plated leaf, eight tiny clear and four red rhinestones. In between each large link is a smaller 1/3" link which holds two 9mm x 6mm moonstone opal cabs and one small red rhinestone.
The fur clip measures 2.25" tall x 1.5" wide and features five large moonstone opal cabs, smaller red and clear rhinestones; the earrings are 1.25" tall x .75" wide and each earring has two oval moonstone opal cabochons and tiny red and clear rhinestones. All pieces have the same graceful, ruffled leaves and curling tendrils.
