Nippon Three Piece Tea Set, Hand Painted with Enamel Flowers

Small tea pot in very good condition with wear to the gold handles on all three pieces, no wear to the gold or design enamels on the pieces. Sweet set, small, perhaps an individual tea set, oval in shape. Tea pot and cover, white with red, blue and gold flowers. Oval covered sugar bowl and oval shaped creamer finish the set. Very nice white finish on all pieces. Enamel flowers on tea pot spout, lid and around the top of the pot. Sugar and creamer decorated in a similar manner. All pieces have a gold rim at the bottom and a moriage gold beaded band on the top edge. The tea pot is 3" tall, 9 5/8" from handle tip to spout, it is bright white inside , has a built in strainer at spout inside the pot and holds 16 ounces of water to the very top. Sugar bowl and creamer are also 3" tall to top of gold moriage beaded edge. Sugar bowl measures 7 1/2" wide including handle, creamer is 5 3/8" wide, handle to spout. No chips or cracks, or crazing on this set. Marked as Hand Painted Nippon Morimura M in wreath in green. A very nice, good quality set in spite of the wear on the gold handles.
