Nippon Hand Painted Poppy Plate

$20 USDNippon Hand Painted Poppy Plate

Porcelain:Nippon:Hand Painted
Another lovely hand painted plate from the era of Nippon. A Beautiful Poppy adorns this plate. The leaves and flowers are outlined in sparkling gold with white moriage dots on the leaves themselves. Everything about this plate sparkles. I see peach, persimmon and white in the design. The design carries up the plate to a poppy bud, just opening with a tinge of persimmon at its base. The very edge of this 8" plate was outlined in gold which is mostly gone now, however, the plate sparkles without ...
Nippon Mustard Pot, Hand Painted, Morimura Mark,1891 to 1918

$45 USDNippon Mustard Pot, Hand Painted, Morimura Mark,1891 to 1918

Porcelain:Nippon:Hand Painted:Mustard Pot
Hand painted wild roses adorn this small mustard pot with spoon, pink roses with green leaves make up the design and this 6 sided little pot is just charming. From my own collection of these small pots, long before I even knew what they were. This sweet pot is accented in small moriage dots in white on a dark blue geometric with a gold design around the very top of the pot and on the lid. Fine gold accents lines compliment the design on both pieces. The tiny spoon is accented with a gold scroll ...
Nippon Chocolate Pot, Poinsettia, Hand Painted.

$50 USDNippon Chocolate Pot, Poinsettia, Hand Painted.

Porcelain:Nippon:Hand Painted
Lovely chocolate pot with a stunning design of poinsettias on a cream background. The stems and leaves of the flowers are touched with gold accents, a single poinsettia adorns the back of the pot. The design is in the foreground of the pot, the background is a scenic view of a pond or lake with two sail boats, and continues around the back of the pot. The time of day seems to be at sunset or sunrise. The pot is lovely done in shades of red, green, cream, blue and touches of purple for the hills. ...
Nippon Covered Sugar and Creamer Hand Painted

$72 USDNippon Covered Sugar and Creamer Hand Painted

Porcelain:Nippon:Hand Painted
A pair of Nippon for your table or your collection, sweet pink roses are hand painted on a white background with lots of gilded accents, The design sports slightly scalloped edge decorated with gilt. Some wear to the handles from use as to be expected in an item this old, all else in very good condition. Marked Nippon, from the 1898 to 1920 era. Pieces were shot in the outside sunshine in bright daylight, but they sparkle inside as well. They have a very appealing slightly ridged blown out shape ...
Nippon Chocolate Pot with Hand Painted and Moriage Design

Porcelain:Nippon:Hand Painted:Chocolate Pot
Lovely white and gold chocolate pot with dainty floral design painted around the top and bottom of the pot. Gold scrolls and many gold dots outline the design, the lid follows the design of the pot. Stamped with the Morimura Brothers wreath in green with the M, the pot is 9" tall to the top of the lid, no chips, cracks or crazing on this pot. Rather remarkable condition for a pot this old-1898 to 1920. What a nice item to add to a collection or start one. Perfect gift item for the collector or ...

Marked hand painted Nippon with the flower in a circle , this hand painted large pitcher with out an ice lip is attractive and eye catching. Typical of the items made by this company.
