English Silver Plate and Tortoiseshell Powder Puff Container with Mirror

This is a charming, English Tortoiseshell ladies powder puff container. Underside the top lid there is a mirror. This container is sits on a pedestal style of base, the silver type surround is marked E.P.N.S, (Electro plate nickel silver).

This charming dressing table container is 4” high, 3 1/2” at it widest point and on the underside of the pedestal stand there is a wooden disk to give the added support to this piece. This would be great to use or added to a collection of early 20th century, English toiletries/vanity items.
