Early 19th Century English Snuff Box

A lovely, papier mâché 3 3/8” across by 7/8” high, with the lid on, early 19th century snuff box. The cover of box has a oil portrait of a lady with the costume of the early late 1700’s to 1800’s.

The oil painting on the cover does show normal wear marks for something handled and of this age. This would be a lovely gift or addition to a collection.
