19th century English Snuff Box. This English snuff box is 2 3/4” long and 1 3/4” wide, carved from wood with end caps of a silver type metal. There is a gold like shield on the center of the wooden hinged lid. The hinge is original to this mid 1800’s personal snuff box and in the corners one can see remnants of the snuff that it once held.
