Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
The shipping charge to all US addresses is $5 for Priority Mail. The shipping charge to addresses outside the US is determined at checkout. Priority Mail International service is available with the charge based on weight and location.
If you are purchasing multiple items, we will adjust your Ruby Lane invoice to show the international shipping charge for your entire order.
All shipments are insured and a delivery confirmation is obtained for all US shipments.
Items will normally ship within three business days following receipt of your payment. However, payment by personal check may delay shipment until funds have cleared our bank account.
If you need an item shipped for overnight delivery, please contact us to discuss charges and options; we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION:
Customs declaration forms will reflect the total value of your merchandise. As an international customer, you may incur customs duties and taxes imposed by your country's government. Please be aware that customs procedures in some locations may substantially delay delivery time for your package.
