Hand Painted Two Handled Bowl

This hand painted two handled bowl is marked Made in Germany CT. From the early 1900's, There is some gold wear around the edges and a small chip above the right handle which measures 3/4" long, 1/2" wide. The background of the plate is white and has tiny purple flowers with green leaves. A very pretty piece. Overall good condition.
