Has a big bubble ruby molded glass globe bottom with black cast pot metal (molded) four footed base and more black metal with scrolls at the neck! and one of the COOLEST parts...is that there is a matte black chain looped from those neck scrolls to dangle along the red, SO AWESOME! with a bit of a goth feel...while the base is molded into Victorian look motifs, very swank!

This is SUCH an excellent lamp, it even has a little mood light! that's right...there's a little night light bulb that goes up from the bottom, so on the four clicks, the first one lights up the little bottom bulb, the second click is the top bulb only, the third is BOTH lit, the fourth, is both off...SO COOL! (please see photo examples of each, and one taken without a flash for the glow of the nightlight!) ABSOLUTELY perfect for after lounge hours when you really don't want any bright lights, just a little soft light to sip your last glass of wine, cognac or final martini of the evening. Very romantic. Very Vegas.

From table top to the switch is about 20", to the top of the harp is 29". The globe is about 9.5-10" across...kind of reminds me of old glass fisherman's balls...This also has a white plastic neck at the top of the lamp to give it a candle look, also. The bottom is marked: EF. EF Industries Inc. #338 1970 D2 There is a bit of rust in the top black lip, and the red is a bit uneven when the night light is on. NOT DISTRACTING, but we want to point it out.
