Here is an adorable set of a GREEN squirrel with a baby squirrel, attached to each other with a tiny chain! They have big wide eyes with sweet eyelashes, pink tinted ears and they look like they came straight out of a cartoon!

The larger of the two measures 6" high by about 5" by nearly 3" wide, while the little one is 2 1/2" " high by about 2" long and about an inch wide.

The larger one (Mommy? or Daddy?) sports an oversized red bow tie with white polka dots and has a scrunch-ity texture over the majority of its body: feels like grit or teeny crushed shells. From the era of fuzzy books and sand-craft projects, this fits right in to that wonderful kitschy mid-century style!

The pup (baby squirrel) has Japan in red stamped on the bottom, the larger one has the number 7691 below a crossed set of arrows.

These have a very Disney-esque animated character sense to them, definitely reminiscent of wacky cartoons from the late 40's, 50's and even 60's.
