Here's a very cool fiberglass insulated thermos by Pelican of Poloron, New Rochelle, New York, USA. It has a red and white striped bottom with white dotted stars decorating the silver-toned (aluminum) top. It has a molded plastic topper with red flip top closure and red plastic handle. 1976 Avon cobalt blue glass bell that held Moonwind fragrance originally; now empty. Some call this Liberty Blue or Bicentennial Blue, we've always considered it cobalt. 7" high, 3.5" across the base. Bottom has Avon and date on it. The silvertone handle has minor wear evident; the pineapple topper is considered a sign of hospitality. We've scrubbed her up, she is shiny and pretty and ready to dress up your vanity or bureau, or its a great addition for a bell collector! No chips, no cracks.

This delightful 8 ounce vacuum bottle thermos for "Gigi" was made in 1962 by the quality producer "Aladdin" of Nashville, Tennessee here in the USA.
