I am listing another hard to find Bloomingdale’s advertising recipe booklet today.

Page 1: “All the recipes in this issue have been prepared in our Au Gourmet Kitchen by Alvin Kerr, food and wine consultant and columnist for Gourmet Magazine, who conducts our informal cooking classes. We have included hors d’oeuvres, a soup or two, several entrees, salads and a few desserts.”

Condition: The booklet is very faded on both sides. I believe this was grey and has also changed color around the edges. It was folded in half at one time and there is some wrinkling. Pages are clean with no writing. Rusty staples. Not perfect but it is a hard to find cook booklet for your collection.
