We respond to all orders within 24 hours, we guarantee the authenticity of all our items. Most items are shipped with 24-48 hours of receiving payment.
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
The buyer pays for the cost of shipping, handling and insurance. I use the USPS and mail most of my items Priority Mail with free delivery confirmation - Insurance is up to you and is always offered but not mandatory. I can adjust shipping to Parcel Post or First class if that is preferred.
Please contact me before paying when purchasing multiple items. There will be a reduced shipping cost once I edit the sales invoice. I use Professional packing materials and I will take great care when wrapping your purchase.
Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
Other Information:
Items can be paid for by credit card through Pay Pal, or you can phone your credit card information in to my shop - which is my home. We also accept personal checks, Money Order and Cashier's Checks for payment. If you are paying by personal check, please know that we allow reasonable time for the check to clear before your item is shipped.
