Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I ship USPS Priority or Priority International only. The buyer is responsible for all actual shipping costs including shipping, and required insurance. Everything is always carefully wrapped and packaged.

I accept PayPal, personal check or money orders. Payment to arrive within 7 days. If payment is not received within 10 days from purchase, the item will be relisted back in my shop.

I ship worldwide using the United States Postal Service. Items shipped Internationally must be paid for by sending an International Postal Money Order in US funds, or PayPal. Also I do not falsify customs documents. Payment to arrive within 7 days.

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.

Other Information:
Massachusetts residents must pay a 5% State Sales Tax or provide a signed copy of a valid Resale Form.
