All my items are guaranteed to be as described. I also pledge to respond to your questions and purchases in a friendly and timely manner. When I am not sleeping or doing a show , I am at my computer anyway.
 
Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I ship USPS Priority or Priority International only. The buyer is responsible for all actual shipping costs including shipping, handling and required insurance, and required Postal Delivery Confirmation. Everything is always carefully wrapped and packaged. I include a small handling fee (usually between $1.00-$2.00) for packing material to insure the item will arrive as safely as possible.

Money orders are preferred with item shipped usually the same or next day upon receipt of payment. I also accept personal checks and wait for the check to clear before shipping the item. Payments through PayPal are also accepted. Payment to arrive within 7 days. If payment is not received within 10 days from purchase, the item will be relisted back in my shop.

I ship worldwide using the United States Postal Service. Items shipped Internationally or to Canada must be paid for by sending an International Postal Money Order in US funds, or PayPal. Also I do not falsify customs documents. Payment to arrive within 7 days.

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.

Other Information:
Massachusetts residents must pay a 5% State Sales Tax or provide a signed copy of a valid Resale Form.
