1930-40 Vogue Dora Lee Composition Doll in Original Dress

This is a 1930-40 Vogue Dora Lee unmarked Composition Doll in her Original Dress and quite hard to find. She measures 11" tall and has an all composition jointed body, closed mouth, wistful expression and sleep eyes (if you look closely, you can see that her eyes are set in deeply not allowing the eyes to fully open contributing her sad expression). Dora Lee is printed on the bottom of one shoe (soles of shoes have some expected wear). She has a thick mohair wig over molded hair, nice color to her cheeks, excellent quality composition (paint craze line to the left side of her neck that is not a composition split), tight stringing, and tight composition splits horizontally at the outside of her right eye and a little bit to the inside of the same eye. Also there is a tiny craze line to the top of her left eye. She is wearing her original printed cotton dress which has some fading to the outside of the folds, and a spot on the neckline. The dress has matching attached panties and she is wearing her original shoes and socks (some spotting to left sock). I love these little dolls dressed by Vogue!
